Flange Immersion Heaters are Flange connections to allow fluid flow and heat transfer in the water tank or in-line vessel. An Immersion Heater with tubular electric resistance elements is used to provide heat.
The heating elements are available in various watt density ratings. Outlet temperature, watt density and flow velocities determine the elements surface temperature. Life expectancy of the heating element is directly related to its surface temperature.
